In full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, Go-Matric allows users to easily request permanent deletion of their account credentials, device binding tokens, and associated data from our servers.

Upon account deletion:
  • Your account username, nickname, phone, and hashed password will be permanently deleted from our database.
  • Your hardware device binding lock will be immediately released.
  • Any active subscription license tokens attached to this account will be invalidated.

Option 1: In-App Direct Deletion (Instant)

Inside the Go-Matric mobile app, navigate to Settings → Security & Device → Delete Account Permanently. Confirm your password to immediately wipe all data.

Option 2: Web Deletion Request

You can submit an account deletion request directly to our platform administrators via email:

Send email to contact@gomatric.et with your registered username and phone number. Requests are processed within 24 hours.
